1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, software services, mobile applications, APIs, engineering support, technical consulting, and related digital or physical service outputs, you agree to this Service Agreement and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Services Covered
This Agreement governs services relating to new energy technology R&D, technical services, technical consulting, technical transfer, storage technology services, storage system integration, battery storage equipment R&D and sales, photovoltaic equipment and component sales, wind power equipment sales, transmission/distribution/control equipment R&D and sales, charging and battery-swap equipment sales and technical services, energy management software development, IoT technology application, energy-saving technology promotion, contract energy management, electric power engineering consultation, electromechanical equipment sales/installation/maintenance, supply chain management, domestic trade agency, and mobile app operation management.
3. App Marketplace Distribution Terms
Products may be distributed on Google Play, Apple App Store, and additional channels. Users must comply with store terms, device requirements, export controls, payment policies, and local legal obligations. Where marketplace policies conflict with local law, mandatory legal requirements prevail in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. User Eligibility and Age Rules
Users must have legal capacity in their jurisdiction. Minor users must have valid parent or guardian authorization where required. App usage by children is subject to platform and legal restrictions, including COPPA-style requirements, regional teen protections, and app store youth policy controls.
5. Account Registration and Security
- Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Unauthorized account sharing, abusive automation, or circumvention is prohibited.
- Users must promptly notify us about account compromise or suspicious activity.
6. Acceptable Use Requirements
- No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful use of services.
- No reverse engineering, malware injection, or unauthorized data extraction except where legally permitted.
- No interference with platform integrity, service uptime, or other users.
- No misuse of app store metadata, policy declarations, or review systems.
7. Commercial Terms and Project Delivery
Commercial engagements may be further governed by signed quotations, SOWs, master service agreements, or purchase orders. In case of inconsistency, signed commercial contracts control service-level specifics such as timeline, acceptance criteria, and payment schedules.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all platform content, proprietary methods, software components, design assets, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Yixing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd or its licensors. Clients receive only the rights explicitly granted in contract documents.
9. Software Updates and Technical Changes
We may issue updates, security patches, compatibility changes, and policy-required modifications for app stores or legal compliance. Some features may vary by country, hardware compatibility, and regulatory constraints.
10. Advertising and Monetization Terms for Apps
Where apps include monetization modules, supported formats may include splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads, with possible inclusion of additional approved formats such as native units. Ad delivery may rely on integrated providers and mediation services including Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, Amazon Publisher Services, InMobi, Vungle, Chartboost, Liftoff Monetize, Fyber, Start.io, Smaato, Moloco, and compliant alternatives.
- Users may receive ad disclosures and consent options where required.
- Ad personalization may be limited or disabled according to age status, jurisdiction, and consent preference.
- Ad fraud, artificial traffic, and invalid interaction behavior are prohibited.
11. Country and Region Compliance Framework
Services are operated under a country-adaptive compliance model. Users and clients are responsible for local legal compatibility of their deployment and use cases. We may suspend or restrict features if required by export controls, sanctions, telecommunications rules, energy regulations, or data protection requirements.

12. Data Protection, Privacy, and Security
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and relevant contractual data terms. We implement technical and organizational security controls and retain data according to legal and operational necessity.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party infrastructure, app stores, advertising networks, cloud vendors, analytics providers, and telecom resources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems and are not responsible for third-party policy changes beyond our control.
14. Service Availability and Maintenance
We target high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or retire features with commercially reasonable notice when possible.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, services are provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, market fitness, or specific commercial outcomes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yixing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from service use, except where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
17. Indemnification
Users and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yixing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd from claims arising from unlawful use, policy violations, infringement, unauthorized data processing instructions, or breach of this Agreement.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud risk, legal compliance requirements, payment default under applicable contracts, or platform abuse behavior. Users may terminate by discontinuing use, subject to surviving legal and payment obligations.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise agreed by contract, disputes are handled under applicable law determined by service context and mandatory jurisdictional rules. Parties should attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
20. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement due to legal, technical, product, or business changes. Updated terms become effective upon publication unless a later date is stated.
